Postnatal Yoga with your Baby

Focusing on postnatal recovery, this 6 week course is a great way to enjoy gentle, appropriate, exercise after the birth of your baby, in the supportive company of other mums and babies. It will help you to reconnect with your body, to stretch tone and relax.




It is very friendly and relaxed, your baby is with you throughout, and you can happily feed and change them. Some of the movements are done with your baby lying on or near you, and for some you can hold or carry them. Our movements and the use of coloured scarves add to your baby’s enjoyment.


It is suitable, following your health check, from about 6-8 weeks (10 weeks C-section) until your baby is crawling. No previous yoga experience is necessary. You are welcome to repeat the course as many times as you like, noticing how you improve and develop and your baby grows! It is a lovely way simply to have time together.
